The Customer Success organization is at the heart of our business. Our team members are focused on driving measurable business impact and meaningful improvements to the customers' HR organizations. We do this through a deep understanding of our customers and their processes, and by optimizing solutions to address their individual challenges utilizing the BizMerlinHR platform.
As a Product Manager, you will be tasked with:
• Define and execute your strategy for maturing and expanding usage of BizMerlinHR by establishing and managing relationships with senior executives at some of the world’s largest enterprises.
• See a problem, solve a problem. Work with cross-functional counterparts in Sales, Engineering and Professional Services to evolve, scale and improve our customer’s BizMerlinHR experience.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the entire suite of BizMerlinHR solutions.
• Help to define and build the BizMerlinHR products
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a relevant discipline with strong communication skills.
5+ years of experience in technology, at least 3 years of which should be in product management role.
